Q: What are Nodes?
A: A node is a single asset in your environment. A laptop, desktop, server or VM image would each be considered a Node in the TriActive environment.
Q: How does the 30-day trial work?
A: After you create an account, you get instant access to all TriActive features for 30 days (if you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your plan, just contact us). We don't require payment during the trial, so you can try TriActive obligation-free.
Q: Do I need to install anything?
A: You do need to install a micro agent on the asset you plan to manage. However, everything aside from this simple installation happens outside of your environment.
Q: What happens at the trial end?
A: Our TriActive support team will email you before your trial expires. You choose which plan you'd like to continue with and we will invoice you. Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customizations, data and actions remain intact).
If you decide not to start paying at the end of your 30-day trial, your account will expire.
Q: How will you bill me?
A: We bill annually. Certain plans have additional options. Contact us for details.
